The cost to regear your Jeep depends on the axles, parts and work it needs. Before comparing totals, make sure the estimates cover the same job. Here is what to ask Super Wrench in Salem.

Start with the vehicle, not a price from a forum.
A price paid for another Jeep can leave out work your vehicle needs. Have the year, model, transmission, current tire size and planned tire size ready. Include axle information and previous modifications if you know them. If you bought the Jeep already modified, bring any records you received; the factory specification may not describe what is fitted now.
Compare the scope line by line.
Ask for the proposed ratio and which axles the estimate covers. Then separate the gear sets, installation parts, labor and any additional work. A quote for one axle is not the same job as a quote for both. Ask what still needs inspection and how the shop will discuss changes with you before proceeding.
Mention lockers before the estimate is finished.
If lockers are part of your plan, raise the subject when discussing gears. Ask whether the work can be scheduled together and request the combined scope. Do not assume a package price includes the locker itself, controls or every part needed to operate it.
Plan the first drives after installation.
Ask for the break-in and follow-up instructions that apply to the selected gears. Tell the shop about a planned trail trip or towing date before booking. Confirm the expected drop-off and collection arrangements, and leave time for any follow-up the installation requires.
